Great hotel, stylish and comfortable, attentive and polite staff. We really enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our rooms, the free pool table and live music. We accidentally left some valuables behind and the hotel manager kindly helped us retrieve those on our way to the airport.

Location was great. Honestly, the experience was so good my partner and I completely forgot how much it cost because it was worth it! The room was very comfortable and it was overall an excellent stay. Very clean too! Toilet is clean as well. Service was friendly and kind. Also, they gave free drinks in the minibar. My partner especially loved the heated towel stand in the toilet.

We loved our stay! The staff were extremely helpful and let us leave our bags when we arrived a few hours too early for check in. The room was perfect for what we needed, lots of wardrobe space, EXTRA large comfortable bed, lovely powerful and hot shower, nice toiletries and decent TV channels. The free mini bar was a lovely touch (shame we didn’t get much chance to abuse it!). The whole hotel felt very high-class and comfortable and was a perfect location - a station immediately on the doorstep to hop on the U-Bahn and walking distance from the really touristy bits and bobs. There’s a pharmacy and a shop a few doors down and restaurants close by. We had a truly lovely stay! Thank you!

From checking in to checking out, everything was a breeze. The hotel is really cool, super clean and a great base to explore the city from. All the staff were lovely and on hand to help with any queries. The breakfast each morning was delicious and fresh and you could have as much or as little as you wanted. I'd definitely recommend staying here to people visiting the city. If you're into walking and not wanting to use the s/u-barn,, it's a good 25 minutes to get to central Mitte eg the Berlin Cathedral. The hotel is in a quieter more residential area of the city

The hotel staff was very nice and willing to advise, help when needed. Beautiful surroundings around the hotel. Easy access to public transport with the possibility to use rental bikes. The surroundings of the hotel were very nicely decorated with a super bar and nice music. Appreciated the opportunity to use its lobby area for relaxation but also entertainment. Very nice table football. Also, it's great that the hotel has its own sauna, so for those who get tired it's a nice place to relax.

Good location, close to the metrostation. Good breakfast and nice breakfast area, Quiet room (innerside of the building). Comfortable bed. Fridge being refilled every day.

- The room was spacious, with great design in all items, interior, and details, and relatively quiet. - Bed was great. - Nice toilet and bathroom. - Awesome breakfast! Very comfy and has a nice lobby to chill, work, eat, or drink. - Games to play as well, like board games, billiards, etc., were great to have! - Gym was not so fancy just enough for 2-3 people but it was fair enough. - great bar, great food!
