A nice hotel, friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The staff (particularly reception) are pleasant and helpful. The hotel decor is modern. Around reception there is a shop, bar/restaurant and games area with free pool table and foosball. The rooms come with a minibar with free soft drinks replenished daily. Only downside was that housekeeping was a bit hit or miss (didn't clean our room one day from four but reception sorted out clean towels etc). Excellent buffet breakfast with good variety of options (hot egg, sausage etc / cold meats & cheeses / pastries / cereals / yoghurts etc). The location is close to underground stations and 15mins walk from Berlin Central station. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity and a good supermarket 2 min walk away. All in all enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was a true gem! Literally in the heart of the city. The metro is one minute walk. It s also close to walk in nearby places of interest. As soon as you enter the hotel you see a very welcomimg interacting place. All evenings we had drinks, played games of pool, boars games, or been to the gym. The lobby and the communal places were fantastic with excellent decorarion. The room was new with nice matresses and very comfortable. We had a relaxing sleep and the free beverages were an extra bonus. Breakfast was very nice , probably a hot variety could be added ( like waffles, fried eggs, bacon etc) . Neverthless it was very good and healthy and the breakfast room was so nice and modern. The neighbourhood was very safe and great with tasty food. Do try the japanese . The gentleman at the reception desk ( with thr eyeglasses) was fluent in English, with a sense of humor and very analytic! All great, thank you!

Good location for the U-BAHN and various historical sites we wanted to see. Good breakfast selection. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and great to have the free soft drinks in the mini bar, especially on the warmer days (these were lovely sparkling fruit drinks). Good soundproofing, couldn't hear other guests at all. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent location, and really good staff. The meal buffets had a lot of choices. The reception staff was particularly helpful with recommendations & directions. The friendliest service I received during my two week stay in Berlin. The gym has decent amount of equipment and the sauna is quite nice too.

It's a very nice hotel; I had a great first impression, and then the room and the bathroom are better for general comfort than many similar hotels. But the top thing is I slept soooo well, I asked the staff already after leaving, what pillows they use, and they asked their team to give me an answer. Wow! Thank you, truly <3 Good location, easily accessible by local streetcars.

The entire place looks amazing. The lobby is chic and the overall atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The room is big enough for 2 people, the bathroom quite large and well equipt. We also had a free minibar, splippers and toilletries. I highly recommend this place.

I had a room on the inner courtyard, after reading reviews that said it was quieter, and it worked out fine. Breakfast is good - a big selection of items; cooked breakfast, cereals, bread, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, fruit juice to choose from. The breakfast area, which is a bar in the evening, is comfy and easy to navigate for breakfast self-service. The room is a good size and I found storage to be ample. The shower was good - decent pressure and I liked the eucalyptus and mint shower gel and shampoo. Bed comfy, and I wasn't disturbed by noise. The location is really good, imo. I like to be near the river, can walk to the Tiergarten without too much effort, or the other way towards museum island. The U-bahn and metro are both a couple of minutes walk, and plenty of restaurants nearby too. I liked the 12pm checkout - plenty of time to sort a suitcase, and of course they have a luggage room if you need to store things until later than that.

Interior was very nice and good-looking in both rooms and common places. Free soft drinks every day in mini fridge (3 lemonades and 2 bottles of water for 2 persons in our case). Great location next to subway and tram stations, 20 minutes on foot from main train station. Breakfast was tasty and pleasant
